Stokenchurch Community Action Forum working in association with Stokenchurch Parish Council last carried out a survey of residents opinions about the village in 2007, and has decided that it would be a valuable exercise to hold another survey in 2015. An online response service called Survey Monkey has been chosen for this-see the address below. Paper copies will be available also, at the Library, Medical Centre, and Parish Office. As an incentive to offer your views (should you need this) a prize draw for £25 will be made.
Please do take this opportunity to have your say about how you think Stokenchurch should develop and improve in the next few years. We really want to know what is important to you. Thank you.
Please access the survey at: www.surveymonkey.com/s/stokenchurchvillagesurvey2015
The survey will be open for responses until July 10th 2015
All information provided will be used for the purposes of this survey only, and will not be supplied to any third party.
